Chefs Shane Reichenbach is at the stove and behind the creation of new dishes.
At the helm of Quince’s kitchen since summer 2022, American chef Shane Reichenbach is an innovator in eclectic fusion cuisine, incorporating diverse culinary techniques and drawing on nearly 14 years of professional cooking experience. Reichenbach's journey began with a culinary class he joined in his local community college as a means of finding a productive outlet. Since then, he's honed his craft in highly regarded restaurants around the world, spanning French, Thai, Korean, Italian, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisine. Reichenbach's speciality is in combining ingredients in unexpected and skillful ways to create memorable flavor profiles. Recently, Reichenbach has put down roots in Thailand, where he has continued to refine his skill set, including mastering the unique ingredient combinations and distinct flavor profiles that come with charcoal and wood fire cooking over the last 8 years.
